The first step is to increase your body temperature, allowing the sweat to help cleanse the skin and remove toxins. You can choose the dry sauna, the hot tub or the steam bath, also known as a Turkish bath.

Recommended time: 5 to 10 minutes.

Cold stimulus

The second step is a plunge under the cold waterfall to rapidly close the skin’s pores.

This cold stimulus also triggers the production of adrenaline, a natural antidepressant. The adrenaline release is what gives you an extraordinary feeling of relaxation afterwards.

Recommended time: 15 to 45 seconds.
