Activation and use of this card constitute acceptance of the following terms and conditions: this card, denominated in Canadian dollars and redeemable only for the purchase of taxable goods or services, is non-cash, non-refundable (subject to the refund provisions applicable in Quebec), and cannot be used for payment on credit or other accounts. Hôtel Levesque is not responsible for replacing or honoring this card if it is lost or stolen. The cardholder can check the balance of this card by calling 1-866-277-1704.
