Check‑in at 4 p.m. and check‑out at noon 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation until 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. Otherwise, a fee equivalent to the first night will be charged.

Guaranteed reservations

A reservation guaranteed by credit card is honored until 11 p.m. on the day of arrival. 

If the guest expects to arrive after 11 p.m., they must confirm their arrival time with the hotel reception. 



If the guest has not confirmed a late arrival and does not show up by 11 p.m., the reservation will be canceled (entire stay) and the first night will be charged to the guest. 

Non‑Guaranteed Reservations

A reservation is considered non‑guaranteed when no deposit or credit card has been provided.This reservation is valid until 6 p.m. After 6 p.m., it is automatically canceled if the guest has not reconfirmed their arrival by phone or by providing a credit card. 

Early departure

Check‑out before noon is required, otherwise the upcoming night will be charged.

Gift card

The gift card you purchase may be used by the holder up to its full value for purchases at Hôtel Levesque, one of its restaurants, or the wellness center, depending on the type of card. 

Activation and use of this card constitute acceptance of the following terms: 


  • The card is issued in Canadian currency. 


  • It may only be redeemed for taxable goods or services. 


  • It is non‑redeemable for cash and non‑refundable, except for the refund requirements applicable in Québec. 


  • It cannot be used to pay a credit account or similar. 


  • Hôtel Levesque is not responsible for replacing or honoring the card if it is lost or stolen. 


  • The card balance can be checked by calling 1‑866‑277‑1704. 


The above terms may be modified at any time by Hôtel Levesque.
